A video call, is a call that will be performed via WhatsApp or Viber. At the agreed upon date and time our sales advisor will call you, will give you a tour of the car and will be available to answer all of your questions. Also, during the call the sales advisor can for example demonstrate the sizes of the car so you can see if the trunk space will be sufficient for you.
The price includes:

That's possible! Keep in mind the things below: A test drive should be requested by phone or email. You will receive confirmation of your appointment by phone or email. Bring your driver's license and identity card. The test drive cannot take place without a valid driving license.

Reserve a car

Can I make a reservation? Absolutely. It's easy too.
Yes! We can hold a vehicle for you for 24 hours. This means that if someone else is interested in the same vehicle, we will contact you first. If you tell us that you have not yet made a decision (within those 24 hours), we will continue to hold the vehicle for you. This means nobody will be able to buy the vehicle during those 24 hours unless you tell us that you have decided not to buy it. It is a no-obligation reservation.
Have you seen a car in our online showroom that you want to reserve and for which you want to make an appointment? Then you can easily click on 'Book an appointment / Reserve' on the detail page of the car. You will receive a confirmation email from us and the car will be reserved for you. Within 24 hours a Sales Advisor will contact you to confirm the appointment and agree on a concrete day and hour.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. We therefore advise you to keep a close eye on our website. If the car is not sold, it will be made available again to make an appointment. If the car is sold, it will no longer be shown on our website.
No, that's not possible. We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to see the car of her/his wish.

Yes, you can. Prices will not change and one purchase order will be made per vehicle.

No. We work with fixed pricing at Ayvens. This means that the price of the vehicles is fixed, so there is no room for negotiation. Our pricing is transparent throughout. The price includes:

  • VAT A 12-month warranty
  • Delivery expenses
  • Interior and exterior cleaning
  • Car registration
At Ayvens you can buy a car online. Easy, fast and completely transparent. You can click on 'Βuy this car' on the detail page of the car of your choice and follow the steps.

This is what you must know about the procedure for a warranty claim when you buy a second-hand car at Ayvens:

  • You have a 12-month warranty on the engine and mechanical parts.
  • Our warranty does not cover elements that are subject to wear and tear, such as brakes, lamps, tyres, etc.
  • If the car still falls under the official dealer warranty, this warranty will continue to apply. You can have your car repaired at a brand garage of your choice. The garage will contact Ayvens to complete the warranty formalities. This ensures that you can easily call on our warranty in case of problems close to home and go to your trusted dealer.
Yes, you can. You have 14 days to change your mind if you want to. We provide full reimbursement in this case, provided there is no more than 100 km difference from the mileage at which the car was delivered.

Before leaving our showroom, all second-hand cars undergo a technical inspection and have a 12-month warranty. This warranty includes protection against electric or mechanical failure of:

  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Tyre pressure
  • Electronics

NOT included:
✗ Glass, bodywork, tyres, rims, upholstery, brakes, and fuel system
✗ Electrical and mechanical car parts which are due for replacement
✗ Diagnostic expenses and labour expenses
✗ Transport expenses
✗ Reimbursement of expenses for repairs that have taken place abroad

Fortunately, this can be done quickly and easily. On the detail page of the car, click on 'Buy this car'. Then follow the steps: Add options, pick up or deliver, Personal data and complete your order. When you have completed these steps, you will receive an email for the payment. Here too, you can easily follow the steps.

Pay a car

We have multiple ways you can pay for your car at LeasePlan. We'll help you choose the one that's best suited for you.
You can only pay via bank transfer at Ayvens. Cash, cheques, credit cards or bank card payments are not accepted.
No. Ayvens does not provide the option of financing your vehicle. Financing solutions are providing by the bank we are collaborating with.
The price includes: - VAT - A 12-month warranty - Delivery expenses - Interior and exterior cleaning - Car registration
Payment must take place in advance via a bank transfer. Cash, credit cards or bank card payments are not accepted. As soon as we have received the payment and the car has proper insurance cover you can come to pick up your vehicle.

Pick-up your car

You can come and pick-up your car at one of our stores.

Congratulations on your new Ayvens vehicle. If you are going to drive your new car abroad immediately, don't forget to bring the following with you when you come to collect your new car:

  • Request for registration (filled in by your insurance company)
If you wish to export the vehicle, the Ayvens warranty will be void. You are in charge of exporting the vehicle yourself. Ayvens cannot arrange transport for you.
The vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Any maintenance is carried out depending if the deadline has been exceeded (periodically or in terms of kilometres).

Congratulations on your new Ayvens vehicle. First of all, you must make an appointment with the sales advisor so that we can ensure that the vehicle is perfectly clean and ready for departure. Don't forget to bring the following with you when you come to pick up your new car:

  • Valid driving license and insurance registration

Trade-in

We're happy to trade in your car for a new one. Here's how we do it.
On the basis of an appraisal we can determine the trade-in value. The valuation always takes place at our Ayvens store and takes about an hour. In order to determine the trade-in value, we want to physically see and evaluate the car. Therefore it is not possible to determine the value in advance or to give an indication.
The value of your car is determined by an external independent partner. This is done physically at the Ayvens store with the help from one of our sales advisors. Your car needs to be present in order to be able to do this appraisal. You can drop by at the Ayvens store.
Yes, at Ayvens you can have your current car taken over. In collaboration with our partners we will take a close look at your car to determine its fair trade-in value. If you agree, from the price of your new car will be deducted the takeover price of your current car. Don't forget to make an appointment for the expertise.

Sure! Please note that in our showroom there may be cars that have already been reserved. We strongly advise you to make an appointment online, without any obligation.
